Clean room production at Lanz-Anliker AG
The increasing number of enquiries from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries motivated us to integrate a clean room into our Filtration department.
Our filter production room complies with Clean room class 7 according to ISO EN 14644-1 or Class C according to the Pharma Guide.
The clean room consists of the actual manufacturing room measuring 32 m2, as well as a double door system occupying 5 m2, where employees can change their clothes and disinfect their hands. Four high-performance fans ensure that the clean room air-conditioning system complies with Class 7 as a minimum. These rooms are constructed out of modular system partition walls made of visible aluminium supports and frame profiles. The glazing consists of 5 mm thick polished plate glass. The materials and equipment used all conform with current standards in clean room technology.
In order to guarantee the quality of the clean room atmosphere, we have also installed an AeroTrak particle counter to measure and log any dust particles present in the area. Should customers require it, in future we would be only too pleased to include a copy of the particle log with deliveries of filters manufactured in our clean room. The additional costs for manufacturing a filter in our clean room are 20 – 35 % of the quoted or existing unit price.
We would ask all customers who would like their filters produced in the clean room to please specify this clearly when placing their order.
