Waste disposal/recycling
For vacuum belt filters, double-layer textiles (DLW, Doppellagengewebe) are used frequently. Primarily in polypropylene but also in polyester. Here, too, the edges can be reinforced (coated). This provides protection or additional sealing. A variety of pore sizes and widths up to 4400 mm are entirely feasible. A metal closure or welding is used for closure.
