Dedusting/dry filtration

Lanz-Anliker manufactures filter media from needle felting and needle fleece. These products are used in both dry as well as wet filtration. Industrial dedusting in power plants and waste incinerators; sewage sludge disposal and sludge dewatering; these are just some of the application examples. Needle felting is also often used as a support material in conveyor belts. We have a wide range of needle felts available for the production of our filter media, from a wide variety of materials: Polyester, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile, aramid, PPS, PTFE, polyamide etc. Special purposes require needle felts with special equipment (e.g. water- and oil-repellent, permanently antistatic, flame-retardant, anti-adhesive against sticky and fatty dust, etc.).

All filters are manufactured to customer specifications and made to order. Our strength lies in the manufacture of a wide variety of filter hoses (with metal or spring steel ring inserted, if requested) as well as shoulder straps.
